Founder | Licensed Real Estate Broker
As the principal broker of Rahmé Real Estate, Fouad oversees the firm’s growth and development. Well versed in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate matters, Fouad is as informative as he is patient, decisive and disarming, enabling him to instill confidence and ease in clients and agents alike.
Prior to founding Rahmé Real Estate, Fouad was a top-producing broker at a reputable Manhattan-based brokerage where he represented and advised investors and developers in the acquisition, financing, development, management, and disposition of their portfolios. In this capacity, Fouad also successfully led the firm’s expansion into new development representation in Brooklyn. With a keen understanding of the market and acumen for sales and negotiations, Fouad has achieved some of the highest price per square foot for properties in their respective class.
Coming from a family of real estate developers and engineers, his passion for real estate came organically. Born in the U.S. to a Lebanese father and German mother, Fouad’s family moved abroad to pursue development opportunities at an early age. Educated in Switzerland and Germany, followed by a lucrative career in finance, Fouad’s international background affords him unique opportunities to connect with potential investors globally. Fouad returned to the U.S. and launched his NYC real estate career in 2003. Through family in Lebanon, Fouad remains involved with luxury developments in various scenic villages north of Beirut.
While he initially lived in the West Village, Fouad fell in love with the unique architectural mix of brownstones and industrial warehouses of Brooklyn. Carroll Gardens became his home for over a decade before a fixer upper in Bay Ridge caught his eye. An outdoors-man at heart, Fouad enjoys snowboarding, skiing, scuba diving, and horseback riding.
